VAT refunds for customers outside the EU?
If I am from outside the EU will I get the VAT refunded on my purchase?
Yes. We refund the VAT on your order at checkout. VAT is currently 17.5% but that is going up to 20% in January 2011.
We generally find that the VAT refund covers the postage costs to countries such as the USA and Canada.

Do you deliver to country XYZ?
We deliver to North America, South America, Australia, Europe, Scandanavia, Russia and the Far East.
