The two (supposed) lovers were first raised to prominence when Norton™ (Prydain TQ 13) entered the into the London-Kenya rally with the latest Commando Jet-Bike. Whilst they both failed to finish in the top-10 their involvement in n-less than 13 fatal shooting incidents along the way put them at the top of the kill-charts.

Their skill at “defending themselves”, combined with the Norton Commando winning all 5 of the print stages, made for scintillating viewing and after the Rally various sponsorship deals and canny marketing kept them in the public eye until the Kiev – Calcutta race the following year which they placed second and fifth and, again, topping the Kill-Charts.

Norton™ continue to sponsor their races with free bikes and team-support and have been handsomely rewarded with sales of the Commando 2250 topping sales charts in every Habitat with a suitable TQ rating.
