Ordering Online with us is safe and secure!
We employ a method of interaction with our visitors that does not compromise credit card information. This online system is secured via our own extended SSL, which is fully authenticated with our company information. This is the highest level of security currently available on the internet and surpasses the security of the vast majority of other stores in this sector.
Not only is your payment information secured but we also protect your individual account information, passwords, personal details, addresses, account history and so forth to ensure that we can give you safe and secure online shopping.
We do not accept cheque's, postal orders or money transfers, but you can pay via paypal, nochex or with your credit-card using our 256bit complient SSL.
Office & Workshop Opening Times
We are split between two premises: our home office and an industrial unit (the Workshop). The Workshop is staffed between 1000 hours and 1700hours Monday, Thursday, Friday and you can contact us there on 01939 234228 during those times.
On Tuesday's and Wednesday's we work from the Home Office and you can contact us there by email.
Please note that post is only sent out from the Workshop on Monday, Thursday and Friday.
Stock:
We produce our own resin products and items marked as "in-stock" on resin products means that we have the resin (and where applicable, metal) components to produce those items.
It does not mean that the items are necessarily cast and packaged and thus available for immediate dispatch. Generally we do have limited stock of items already cast and packaged but in many instances these products will need to be cast-to-order.
We usually complete this process on either the same day or within a couple of days, ideally not exceeding 7 working days from time of order. Please see our policy on urgent orders for details concerning orders that are date-sensitive.
Return / Refund Policy
We try to ensure that every item we dispatch is checked before packaging, is packaged reasonably and sent via a reliable courier postal service. However if you receive your order and are not satisfied with the goods please inform us within seven days of your receipt of the goods.
Goods returned other than for reasons of being faulty or "Not as described" are returned at the cost of the customer, all others being returned at our own costs. Alternatively we will exchange items if they are faulty on delivery to you and we are notified within 10 days of the customers receipt of the product. All products to be returned must be carefully repackaged in their original packing and should be sent back to us via a recorded/signed-for postal service.
We cannot refund loyalty points on refunded orders, whole or in part.
Delivery Information
Delivery charges are calculated on a per-order basis and are based on the volumetric weight of your order, its value and your geographic location. In some circumstances with unusually sized items, or those that require specialist packaging, we may need to adjust the shipping costs when the order is being prepared (as the automatic system cannot cope with the order): in such cases we will contact you with additional shipping information when we process the order, giving you the new postage options, costs and the opportunity to cancel part of all of the order.
Orders are accepted on the basis of allowing up to 28 days for dispatch and delivery, we generally dispatch within 24-72 hours but this is not always possible due to the nature of manufacturing of some items.
Import Duties and Taxes:
Import Taxes (outside the UK); Antenociti's Workshop Ltd is not responsible for any charges the customer may have to pay in taxes or customs duty. We suggest customers contact their local customs office to establish what additional charges may be incurred on importation.
Natural Products & Customs Seizure:
Some items we sell are made from, or consist of, natural products that may not be legally imported into certain countries and/or states. We ask that customers check with their local Customs service to ensure that such items are allowed into their country or state before placing an order with us. We endeavour to mark any such items as being potentially at risk however we cannot be held responsible for seizure of such items as it is impossible for us to know the import restrictions of every product for every country.
We would like to draw the customers’ attention in particular to items such as our Ivy Leaves, Leaf Litter and Realistic Reeds, as well as items such as Lichen and other natural products including Seafoam and Forest in a box.
Prices
Goods are charged at price shown on the product pages on the date the customer places the order and are inclusive of VAT. Prices are correct at time of publication. Errors and omissions are excepted. Orders will be processed at our published prices, otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding.
Complaints
If we should receive a complaint about any part of our service, by phone, e-mail or letter,then it will be dealt with promptly (we will reply within 5 working days). It will then be dealt with confidentially,and effectively.
We do ask that if there is any part of our service that you are unhappy with, that you please do contact us and let us know. As a family run business all of our customers are important to us and we ask that you get in touch with us and let us know of any issues concerning our products or services.
