WIP Fix for Customer Loyalty scheme

The coding for the customer loyalty discount system has now been fixed however the database now needs to be re-run to update all of the customer accounts who have purchased items since the cart was opened.

This will be done this week (hopefully Wednesday evening) and I will update the blog here to let you know if it was successful.

We apologise for the problems with the system, but please be reassured that you will not miss out on any points that you should have accrued with your purchases.
