Description

“Brownstone House with Bay Windows and Balcony” is an unpainted MDF house, in the style of an upscale New York or apartment building.

It is similar to a Brownstone 1 or 2, but has large bay windows at the front of the building, and has a balcony on the top floor, with enough room for a model to stand behind.

Can be put side-by-side with our other Brownstone and Oldtown building to create a street or row of buildings.

This building features hinged doors, separate and removable floors/roof, a hinged roof hatch, fire escapes with removable ladders, and has playable room inside the building.

This building is part of our Utility range of unpainted MDF and card models, and measures 212mm x 129mm 210mm in size, when built.
