Description
The Brownstone Townhouse is an unpainted MDF building with the style of a fancy New York townhouse or apartment building. It follows the Brownstone style, as it has a larger brickwork pattern on the front. The bottom two floors are the same as a Brownstone House 1 build, but it has a large stylised roof with a front stonework face. It can be placed next to other Brownstone and Oldtown buildings to create a street or row of buildings.
The building has the same features as the Brownstone and Oldtown buildings, such as hinged doors, separate and removable floors/roof, fire escapes with removable ladders, and has playable room inside the building, with staircases and steps.
This building is part of our Utility range of unpainted MDF and card models, and measures 219mm x 130mm 172mm in size, when built.
